(Grilled dish) Rich and sweet braised pork belly cartilage, grilled to perfection.

(Ceramic Plate) Steamed sea bream and clams in a ceramic plate with a hint of the sea.

(Simmered dish) Cold simmered scallops and taro

(Made later) Squid tempura made later (※If squid is unavailable, it will be replaced with flounder bone crackers)

(Deep-fried food) Two kinds of seafood deep-fried with aromatic spices (Deep-fried monkfish and coconut shrimp)

(Meal) Shredded chicken and yuzu salt-flavored rice porridge
