Live squid sashimi (if squid is not available, thinly sliced flatfish sashimi)

(lidded dish) Bamboo shoot manju, wakame seaweed paste, shrimp and rape blossoms

(Hot Pot) Hakata soy sauce motsunabe or yuzu salt motsunabe

(Fried food) Sliced squid tempura,

Deep fried shrimp kadaif, maitake mushrooms, green onions, salt

(If squid is not available, we will use flounder bone crackers)

(Finishing touch) Chanpon noodles

(Sweets) Seasonal desserts

*If squid is not available, it will be replaced with thinly sliced flounder.
