(Appetizer) Assortment of three types of appetizer (green chili peppers, cod roe, mizuna and wasabi, etc.)

(Sashimi) Five kinds of sashimi delivered directly from Nagahama (including medium fatty tuna)

Live squid sashimi (if squid is not available, thinly sliced flounder)

(Ceramic plate) Beef rib roast grilled on a ceramic plate

(Covered dish) Grilled eggplant, bacon, young corn, broccoli, taro, flying fish dashi jelly
