(Simmered) Simmered pork belly and radish, bamboo shoots, watercress

(Grilled dish) Grilled cherry sea bream with rape blossoms and butterbur miso

(Fried food) Squid tempura or quail egg and yellowtail skewer with lemon

(Meals) Chirashi sushi, shredded egg, dried gourd, denbu, pickled ginger, Yamatoni clams

(Soup) Red miso soup with sesame tofu

(Sweet) Strawberry mousse
